The lightweight, smaller MDF15 is ideal for above-waist and overhead projects including asbestos and acoustic tile removal. The larger, more powerful MDF 35 incorporates an internal valving mechanism that allows the piston to deliver greater kinetic energy per blow.
General's exclusive Tool Integrated Protection System (TIPS™) provides additional 360° support around the tool shank to help minimize receiver damage from forces created when prying. Both tools accept industry standard accessory tool shanks for unmatched versatility and cost savings. |

The SCP3 three piston scabbler is ideal for use
in small and hard to reach areas under machines and equipment, overhead ceilings and vertical walls. The scabbling process is
designed to correct errors in concrete levels and break away laitance and delaminated surfaces. Other applications include removing material build-ups and severe corrosion. The chipping action of the tungsten carbide-tipped pistons can also deliver a surface finish that promotes the proper adhesion of epoxy, polymer and similar top coatings. The center-mounted secondary handle configuration accommodates ambidextrous operation. The inline design and precise balance help minimize operator fatigue.

Both the MDF15 and MDF35 feature the exclusive Tool Integrated Protection System (TIPS™). Provides additional, 360° support for the external section of the tool shank that protrudes from the receiver. Competitive units with internal tool retaining devices do not have this additional support capability. With an external retainer there are no springs or other moving parts that become clogged with dust and other foreign materials. TIPS™ reduces stress loads to the tool receiver whenever the operator abuses the air tool as a pry bar. TIPS™ can significantly reduce maintenance costs and extend the overall service life of the air tool. MDF35 depicted.
