HYDROSHIELD WB
IS A SOLVENT FREE SILANE MODIFIED SILOXANE WHICH CHEMICALLY BONDS TO THE
SUBSTRATE. THE HIGHLY HYDROPHOBIC CHEMICAL MOLECULES ARE EXTREMELY SMALL
(17A) RESULTING IN PENETRATION DEPTHS OF 1/4 OF AN INCH. THIS MATERIAL IS
UV RESISTANT AND WILL NOT TURN YELLOW, AND PROVIDES A BARRIER TO
DESTRUCTIVE CARBONATION.

PREPARATION:
THE SUBSTRATE SHOULD
BE STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND FREE OF GREASE, OIL, SEALERS, COATINGS OR OTHER
SURFACE CONTAMINANTS. HYDROSHIELD WB MAY BE APPLIED TO DAMP SURFACES
PROVIDED NO SURFACE LIQUID EXISTS.
APPLICATION:
MIX MATERIAL TO
REDISTRIBUTE ANY SETTLED INGREDIENTS. APPLY DIRECTLY FROM THE CAN, WITH
NO THINNING. THE PRIME COAT OF THE HYDROSHIELD WB SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO
DRY AT LEAST ½ HOUR BEFORE THE TOP COAT IS APPLIED. APPLY MATERIAL ON
WALLS IN A FLOOD COAT TO SATURATION STARTING AT THE TOP AND WORKING DOWN.
PROTECT WINDOWS FROM OVER SPRAY. ON DECKS APPLY AT SUGGESTED COVERAGE
RATES.
