Most places in the U.S that are open to the public are required to comply with either ADA or UFAS regulations. Our new TensaGuide single-tape post is specifically designed to comply with ADA/UFAS 4.4.1, by positioning the tape less than 27 inches from the floor surface. At this height, the tape can be detected by the visually impaired employing a cane or guide dog, while still providing effective crowd control for the public at large.
TensaGuide posts also do a terrific job at discouraging "line-ducking" and controlling children. In addition, they come with solid metal top, which can accommodate signage in sizes up to 22"x28'' without the use of any adapter cone.
Of course, TensaGuide posts have all the advanced safety benefits, and are available in a wide assortment of metal finishes and tape colors.
